This week 12 pupils were selected to represent the school for the area cricket competition which was held at the lovely Milton Abbey School, Blandford. These pupils had to bowl, bat and field in all of the cricket matches that they played. Both teams worked hard and really enjoyed the day. Overall the pupils demonstrated some excellent skill which enabled them to win their games. At the end of the competition Westfield were crowned champions for a second year running. Most importantly the pupils who represented the school showed great sportsmanship and a really great attitude to all who attended. Outstanding work from some outstanding pupils. Well done!
