The College Improvement Plan is our annual development plan for the whole school, including Early Years and Sixth Form. We construct the plan based on the four aims of our ‘Broadening Horizons’ vision which are:
- Curriculum
- Personal development
- Partnership and Community
- Professional development
The plan incorporates actions and tasks for the year and also considers further development over a three year period. It is written every year and involves consultation with pupils, parent carers, staff and governors to ensure that the objectives are meaningful for everyone in our community. The plan is evaluated at the end of the annual cycle to measure the impact it has had on the development of the school.
