At Westfield we use an application called Evidence for Learning (EfL) which enables us to capture and record evidence of your child’s learning. We use EfL for gathering and storing evidence of pupil’s achievements over time using photos, videos and comments. Evidence can also be linked to other useful frameworks to support planning and we use tags for different areas of learning so that we can celebrate achievements across the whole curriculum. We also use EfL to capture and track the progress of our students against their EHCP targets.
Some of our classes access the Family App where parents you can view, make comments and share evidence of their child’s learning. This is a very effective way of supporting your child’s learning in their environment out of school.
