Continuous Professional Development (CPD) is a crucial part of our school development. All staff and school Governors are involved in training and activities to support their professional development so that they can continue to make a positive and fulfilling contribution to the school.
Teachers and TAs are involved in weekly staff meetings and training, carefully planned to make the best use of time and opportunities for learning. We also benefit from the numerous opportunities afforded to us by TADSS, our Teaching School Alliance. This includes regular meetings of Subject Leader groups which work across the five special schools to develop the curriculum for our pupils.
