Being a school governor is a significant commitment and the range of a governor’s responsibilities and accountability is wide. Westfield governors give freely of their time, attending meetings, sitting on committees and becoming an important part of the life of the school. However, the role is also enormously rewarding and gives each governor an unparalleled opportunity to contribute to the development of a school. If you are interested in becoming a school governor please contact the Clerk to the Governors who may be contacted via the school office.
As well as our Full Governing Body meetings, we have three separate committees: Quality of Education, Personal Development and Finance and Premises.
The Governors produce an annual report for parent carers. Click here to read it.
