Now that the government have agreed to leave the European Union, it is essential that those affected are well informed. It is important that people start the process as soon as possible to ensure that they get the correct immigration status.
All EU Nationals living in the UK will need to apply for the EU Settlement Scheme before the end of 2020. Many affected individuals are unaware of the need for them to apply to the scheme. The Home Office is working with local organisations to ensure the EU Settlement Scheme (EUSS) is accessible to all.
