Sixth Form pupils attended a ceremony at Littlemoor Community Centre with special guest Richard Drax MP. He supported the unveiling of a memorial bench and plaque for the late Queen Elizabeth II.
Our Sixth Formers have spent a lot of time at the Littlemoor community centre cleaning, painting and completing much needed tasks. They also made the figures of Royal Guards which have been on display at the centre.
Gill (pictured in the middle) invited us to help keep the place tidy and clean and was lovely enough to invite us back for the unveiling and sandwiches. MP Richard Drax spent time speaking to pupils about their work. A special thanks to Jo Williamson who went above and beyond supporting and leading our pupils at the community centre.
