Dear Westfield Pupils
I hope you have had some enjoyable time with your families over Easter. It’s a very strange time for
everyone.
We are missing seeing your faces every day and teaching you in class. Even if you’ve had some fun at
home I’m pretty sure that most of you would rather be back in school, seeing your friends, teachers
and TAs and getting on with your learning. It’s hard for everyone when we are out of our normal
routine.
We want to get you back to school as soon as we can but we have to wait until the Government
decides that it is safe for everyone. As soon as they tell us that it is safe, we will make plans to get
you back to Westfield. For now we need you to be as safe as you can be at home.
I hope you’ve used some of the home learning activities on our website and sent home for you. Your
teachers and TAs have worked hard to make these interesting for you, and we will be putting new
activities up soon. If you need anything or are finding things difficult please let your teacher know –
we are here to help and support you. We also like hearing your news?.
I can’t wait to see you all again. Westfield is not the same without you.
With best wishes
Mr Kretz
