Miles in our Sixth Form is currently doing work experience at Vinyl Van record shop in Dorchester. He’s really enjoying himself and getting some great experience. We had lovely feedback from Helen, one of the owners:
‘he’s totally adjusted to being here, he’s quickly settled into the team and is enjoying learning about what we do here. He approaches all tasks with enthusiasm and does them really well needing little supervision. He’s interested in learning and asks relevant questions and also shares his knowledge with us. We love having him here, he’s a smart, kind and astute young man who learns quickly and is very easy to get along with. Thank you for letting us borrow him 😊‘

We also have students doing work experience in our school kitchen, a local Primary school, at Whitcombe Manor estate and helping at the community centre and church in Littlemoor.
