We are really proud of the work that our staff have put in during this pandemic to keep the focus on learning for our pupils, as well as looking after their well being. Since the lockdown began we have delivered Home Learning resource packs to over 70 families, as well as posting packs to pupils living further away and online resources on our website.
We know that Home Learning hasn’t been easy for most people, but we hope that our pupils, parents and carers have appreciated the work that has gone into making the best we can out of this situation, and found activities both interesting and fun.
We want to say a special thank you to our ‘A Team’ couriers, Mrs Holloway and Mrs Coomer, who have been out and about around Dorset every Friday delivering the packs and making contact with families. Thank you also to all our teachers and TAs who have worked really hard to make these resources meaningful for their pupils. It’s been a great effort from everyone, but we’re looking forward to returning to more normal learning patterns. We can’t wait to see our pupils back in school!
